  • Basic Charitable Trust was registered in Kottayam, Kerala on 16th January 2012 under Indian Charitable Trust Act 1882.
  • It is a non profit organization which obtains resources from two sources
    1. Basic Clinic - a Profit-For-Charity Enterprise.
    2. Donations.
  • Basic Charitable channels its resources mainly towards Education and Health Care.
  • All donations to Basic Charitable Trust are eligible for deduction under the 80G of the IT Act.

The Trust owns 10 Tribal schools in Wayanad which provides basic education to the tribal children.
